Return Policy
Returns are possible within 30 days of receiving your order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Return Conditions
For reasons of hygiene and product safety, beauty and care products can only be returned if they are:
- unopened
- unused
- undamaged
- in their original packaging

Opened or used products are excluded from return for hygienic reasons.
How to Return
- Contact us: Send us an email at hello@radianceselection.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Package the goods: Securely package the products in their original packaging.

Switzerland - Confirmation: Upon receipt, you will receive a confirmation email.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer. We recommend insured shipping with tracking.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method used (credit card, PayPal, TWINT, etc.).
Shipping costs already incurred unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your item and then place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Should you receive damaged or faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt at hello@radianceselection.com. Ideally, you should report visible transport damage to us within a few days. We will arrange for a replacement or refund immediately.
