GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Radiance Connection AG, Schönenstrasse 16, 8803 Rüschlikon, Switzerland.
2. Products & Offers
All offers are non-binding and subject to change. Minor deviations in packaging, color, or design are possible and do not constitute a defect.
3. Order & Contract Conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract. A contract is concluded upon dispatch of your order and the shipping confirmation via email.
4. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are in CHF, including statutory value-added tax (VAT).
- Shipping costs: CHF 6.90 for orders under CHF 50
- Free shipping for orders over CHF 50
- Delivery within Switzerland only
5. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- TWINT
- PayPal
Payment is made via secure, encrypted connections. The invoice amount is due upon order placement.
6. Delivery
Shipping is handled by Swiss Post.
- Delivery time: 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment
- Delivery address: Within Switzerland only
In case of delivery delays, we will inform you immediately via email.
7. Right of Return & Withdrawal
Return period: 30 days from receipt of goods.
Only unopened, unused, and undamaged beauty products in their original packaging will be accepted for return. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic and care products cannot be returned.
Return shipment:
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer

Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days to the original payment method.
8. Warranty & Complaints
Transport damages or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via email to hello@radianceselection.com. We will provide a replacement or refund the amount.
In case of justified defects, you are entitled to rectification, replacement delivery, price reduction, or refund in accordance with statutory provisions.
9. Liability
We are only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or intent, in accordance with the statutory provisions of Swiss law. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

12. Place of Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Zurich, Switzerland.
