Are all products original?
Yes. All products at Radiance Selection are 100% original and come directly from the respective brands or authorized manufacturers. We are the official distributor for selected brands in Switzerland and, in some cases, in other countries.

Where are the products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Switzerland. There are no additional customs or import fees.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs will be displayed transparently during the ordering process and clearly shown before you complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we'll try to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible once the order has been shipped.

Can I return products?
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of receiving the order.

For hygiene reasons, beauty and care products can only be returned if they:

• unopened

• unused

• undamaged

are.

Opened or used products are excluded from return.

Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. However, please always refer to the individual product description and ingredient list. If you have known allergies, we recommend conducting a patch test before use.

Are the products vegan or natural?
This varies depending on the brand and product. You can find detailed information directly on the respective product page.
