Are all products original?
Yes. All products at Radiance Selection are 100% original and come directly from the respective brands or authorized manufacturers. We are the official distributor for selected brands in Switzerland and, in some cases, in other countries.
Where are the products shipped from?
All orders are shipped from Switzerland. There are no additional customs or import fees.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days from the shipping date. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are CHF 6.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over CHF 50.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped, we'll try to accommodate changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@radianceselection.com. Unfortunately, changes are no longer possible after shipment.
Can I return products?
Yes, returns are possible within 30 days of receiving the order.
For hygiene reasons, beauty and care products can only be returned if they:
- unopened
- unused
- undamaged
are.
Opened or used products are excluded from return.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please send the goods to: Radiance Connection AG, Schönenstrasse 16, 8803 Zurich, Switzerland.
When will I receive my refund?
After receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be issued within 14 days via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following payment methods:

Are the products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our products are suitable for sensitive skin. However, please always refer to the individual product description and ingredient list. If you have known allergies, we recommend conducting a patch test before use.
